- Once you are signed in, you will be able to complete the application.

Dates Explained
STEM Prep Schools are schools of choice, so all interested students must complete an enrollment application before being admitted. Crown Preparatory Academy does not charge tuition, is non-sectarian in admission policies, programs, and all other operations, and does not discriminate against any student, parent, community member, or employee on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or disability.

All applicants will receive an email or letter confirming their acceptance or placement on the waitlist by this date.
You will receive additional instructions to complete registration paperwork.
The following documents are required:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Address Verification
- Student’s most recent report card
- Parent ID and/ Legal Guardian
- IEP Documents and/or 504 plans (if applicable)
